Jardines de las Golondrinas fase 1 & 2 are situated next to the grounds of the Don Carlos Hotel, it is the newest part of this complex, the urbanization Jardines de las Golondrinas holiday apartment rentals cover 130 acres of pinewoods and mature sub-tropical gardens and in average a 150 meters from the sandy beach. A variety of one, two and three bedrooms comfortable apartments.
The spacious and well-equipped apartments are individually owned and therefore the furniture varies but all are of a very high standard. They are in small cluster blocks and all have satellite TV, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. They are located in private and quiet surroundings on a sandy beach, many with sea views and some with private gardens. A communal pool with bar/restaurant is open all day (except Nov.-March) and there are an additional 2 swimming pools (one for children) for use by residents.
Year round sporting and leisure facilities are within a walking distance, including an 18-hole golf course, driving range, 11 tennis courts where champions regularly practice and coach and water sports (seasonal). A selection of restaurants, supermarkets and shops are nearby also. There is a children’s playground nearby.

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the deposits are non returnable.
Payment :
45percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Check in and key collection takes place at the reception of the Jardines de las Golondrinas, Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.00. Outside of these hours, guests must collect keys from the Hotel Don Carlos within the property complex.
